Ingredients:
- 4 vegan sausages
- 200ml soya milk
- 75g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Cover the base of a casserole dish with a thin layer of vegetable oil, place your veggie sausages in and cook in the oven for 10mins.
- Make the batter by whisking the soya milk into the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Take out the sausages and turn them over.
- Pour batter into the dish
- Back in the oven for 25 mins
Goes well with roast potatoes and veggies 🙂
